By accessing or using AXORIX ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to use the Platform for your personal or institutional coaching management needs. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the core software code of the Platform;
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose beyond the operation of your institute;
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on AXORIX;
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. XAVI Service Usage

Our Platform utilizes XAVI to generate content. While we strive for accuracy, AXORIX does not guarantee the factual correctness or uniqueness of XAVI-generated content. Users are responsible for reviewing all content before publication.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AXORIX or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Platform.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
