At AXORIX, we aim to provide high-quality management and automation services for coaching institutes. Please read our refund policy carefully.
Subscription Services
Most of our services are provided on a subscription basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, we do not provide refunds for any partial subscription periods or unused services.
Digital Goods and XAVI Generations
Due to the digital nature of XAVI content generation (thumbnails, text, quizzes), once a XAVI generation credit has been used, the service is considered "delivered" and is non-refundable.
Software Errors
If you experience a technical failure that prevents you from accessing your paid features, please contact our support team. If we cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, we may issue a pro-rated credit or refund at our sole discretion.
